Payment

We calculate the applicable prices before production begins, such prices being in Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD) unless otherwise stipulated, plus an additional amount for taxes as applicable from time to time.

If payment deadlines are not met, this will automatically give rise to all of the statutory consequences of default, without any special reminder being required. In particular, we reserve the right to charge interest at an appropriate rate. If it is a paid subscription the account will be terminated until payments can be made clean.

Acceptable Content

• You agree that you will not use eLearning Kings services to host any illegal contents or misleading materials that:

• infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party information;
• profess hatred for particular social, ethnical, religious or other groups;
• contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of a computer or a person's property;
• contain Torrent trackers;
• are with adult content, pornographic, obscene, unlawfully harassing, or connected with child abuse or sex-related merchandising;
• are violent or encouraging violence.

Other

• You agree not to make any inappropriate communication to any Newsgroup, Mailing List or Forum.
• You agree not to forge the signature or other identifying marks of any other person or engage in any activity to attempt to deceive other persons regarding the true identity of the user.
• You agree that you will not use any resource if it is copyrighted except authorization is given to you by the copyright owner. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted music files, copyrighted video files, copyrighted images, etc.
• You agree not to make, attempt or allow any unauthorized access to eLearning Kings website, servers, your own account or the account of any other Customer of eLearning Kings
• You agree that the Company’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any service(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement, is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s).
• Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.
